The floorplan of a property is displayed online; you can click on the floorplan to bring up high quality images. This can be either an interior or exterior view. This service includes the measuring, drawing and constructing of a floorplan and making the Floorplan interactive by attaching the professional images taken by Open2View. Underexposed and Dark

Getting great photography is essential when selling your North Shore Home on the Internet. Each year around 4500 homes are listed and sold on the North Shore of Auckland, so how do you make your property stand out from the crowd? and when you consider that 3-400 homes are listed for sale every day in New Zealand, it’s easy to see that some homes are just buried under the weight of listings.

It’s easy for your property to be lost in the crowd. It’s essential that you get the first step right, before you decide where to advertise it, which agency to choose, what words to write and even the best way of selling it. The first step is great photos, to make a lasting impression.

Most sellers choose to rely on the skills of their salesperson to take the right pictures, critically damaging their campaign to sell what is often their most valued possession. Taking a few pictures and uploading those to the web or sending them off to the local newspaper is NOT the answer. A poor photograph will result in fewer buyers. The copy may not be read and the property will be consigned to the scrap heap.
