A couple of weeks ago an agent from another company called me and said he had a friend from his Business Networks International group who wanted to sell his home in Beach Haven.<br />

<p style="text-align: left;"><span id="more-900"></span>His friend -Brendon- wanted to sell. I gave him a call and quite quickly realised that I knew him well. Last time I saw Brendon he was a pimply faced teen just starting out on his building apprenticeship. Now he&#8217;s a registered builder growing a family and a great business. A few years ago he built a home with space that he hoped would be fit his new business. Underneath is triple car garaging high enough for a small truck and a workshop.<br />
The home is a great example of his workmanship. It&#8217;s a stunning but they have outgrown it. Children have arrived and the business has grown. The decks are built for entertaining and what I like most is the outlook across  the lawn to the creek and bush. It&#8217;s very private and secure.<br />
Brendon must move quickly to take advantage of his next building project. The home is very definitely For Sale , and an early sale is needed.<br />
I&#8217;ll do my best to help-of course!-and we&#8217;ll soon see them on their way. It&#8217;s decision time and soon there will be a new owner- once you see it you&#8217;ll want it to be you.<br />
