We’ve all got many regrets in life. It’s easy to look back and say “what if?”. We all know people who seem to be reaping the benefits of a decision made many years ago…

Here’s a tale of two people….Some years ago I met a gentleman who had immigrated to New Zealand in the early 60′s and proceeded to buy 40 acres of land at Limeburners Bay in Hobsonville.
